Warsaw provides you large selection of hotels. Since each one of us has different expectations and needs, we do not want to bias you via our choice. Please firstly try to find a hotel by ourselves. However, if you are lost or you do not want to loose time, there are our two recommendations:

The both above hotels are located close to each other. You can reach them by direct bus from the airport (175 or 188) in 10-15 minutes (exit "Novotel" stop). The same buses will bring you to the Institute in 5 minutes (scheduled) and get off on "Szpital Banacha" stop. The hotels are in 2.5 km from the Institute, about 30 minutes of walk (if you prefer).
The other possibilities:
If you plan to come to Warsaw for a weekend before our meeting or you stay a week forward, you can find a hotel in the centre. Our meeting point is well communicated with Warsaw Centre by different buses and trams in about 20 minutes.
