Discussion of Key Design Considerations from LMICs

      a. Ability to provide radiation treatments with routine and advanced techniques; what do you consider essential: 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS?
      b. Is single photon energy (6 MV), a dose rate of 600 cGy/min and a 0.1 cm beam spot size on target as selected acceptable?
      c. Are multi-leaf collimators (MLCs) breaking down a major problem?
      d. Cone-beam CT on the RT system?
      e. Higher level diagnostic imaging capability on the RT system (such a diagnostic CT scanner for adaptive replanning or for pure diagnostic imaging when the RT system is not being used for patient treatments?)
      f. Remote treatment planning as well as full capability for treatment planning locally?
      g. Remote RT system diagnostics and repair?

      Other?

      Speakers: Manjit Dosanjh, Taofeeq Ige

      b. Potential technological advances that might be considered for the
      STELLA RT system.
