Format of the event:
Workshop is to consist of 5 sessions that are each dedicated to an aspect found crucial for future development of the project initiative through discussions within the three Baltic States meetings previously. Each of the sessions will have a dedicated moderator and one or more reporters – experts and professionals sharing information and key considerations regarding the dedicated subject in order to start further discussions among the participants. For each of the sessions, the dedicated time slot for initial reporting is indicated as it is to be variable among the different sessions. At the end of each session, moderator is to reach a dedicated conclusion corresponding to the subject according to the reported material and discussions among the participants during the session. In conclusion of the workshop, conclusions reached in each of the sessions are to be summed-up by the moderators and will be further done in a written report.
