Mandate of the Strategic Committee:

To provide opinion and consultative support to said Ministry during development and execution of the programme
To provide proposals for the improvements of the programme
To provide opinion on the results of the programme, after its completion
To do other functions which will be outlined in the programme Strategic Committee mandate
