Attendees : Marcelina Borcz, Emidio Giorgio, Ivan Marton, Diana Cresti, Pina Salente, Katarina Pajchel, Andrea Caltroni, Kathryn Cassidy, Farid Ould-Saada, Piotr Bala, Peter Stefan Apologize : Mathilde Romberg, Nadine Lamla --- --- - Training workshops at EMI-TC : Emidio communicates that PEB and UF PC have asked to reformulate format of training workshop for EMI-TC, in order to provide an EMI centric view. Emidio suggest to have first half dedicated to EMI Computing Services (Cream, ARC CE, UNICORE Targeting System), and the second half for EMI Data Services (dCache, DPM). Piotr says that could be difficult for UNICORE since this is a little more than they have in EMI; furthermore, he thinks there could be some technical difficulties to be considered. Emidio asks if they could make the tutorial in 30', Marcelina says that 30'/45' could be enough. Katarina says that, for ARC part, will ask to technical experts. Kathryn asks for technical support about her talk on 'What's new in EMI-1'. Emidio answers that there'll be such a talk next week, and NA2 will produce also a poster for ISCG11, so there should be availability of material. - Documentation area and training area at EMI web site Emidio reports about progresses. - EMI collaborations Diana reports on improvements on the collaboration section on the public web site and on current collaborations. Diana reports on some contacts established with eNMR, their major concern is the lack of effort to be dedicated for shared activities. Diana communicates that she will also contact Vibrant and HP-SEE this week. Emidio communicates that he attempted to contact LinkSCEEM, but no answer yet. Kathryn had initial contacts with Mantychore, whose interest would be in shared training activities. - Sustainability Peter reports about progresses in DNA2.4.1, and says that he needs some help on some financial aspects, for instance how to determine maintenance costs. Diana comments that this should be not needed at this level, since this is a plan. Piotr comments that all the needed information should be available in EMI DoW and already submitted deliverables. Piotr comments further that NA2 mailing list should be more used to raise issues of this kind, and suggests to reiterate questions when they are not addressed. Diana indicates a workshop about collaboration and sustainability and advise for someone to go. Piotr comments that could be worth going, but providing a remarkable presence. Peter asks Emidio to circulate his questionnaire among PT leaders. It won't be needed for DNA2.4.1 but still valuable for the task. - In reach survey Kathryn reports that 33 answer have been received so far, and since there have been not submissions in the last two days, she will close the poll tomorrow, communicating then results. - QR3 contributes Emidio asks Task Leader to provide their input by the end of the week. - AOB : Pina communicates that MoU between EMI and EGI has been signed, and suggest to give notice on the web site. Pina suggest to have an NA2 meeting at Vilnius, and also that we should participate to EGI dissemination meeting. Pina asks also if EMI should have a booth at Vilnius. Emidio says that is opportune. Because of PEB concomitance next week, next conference will be held Tuesday 15th, at same time (11 am CET). --- Future actions : Emidio : Provide UG PC with an abstract for EMI workshop installations, and NA2 with technical arrangements for the tutorial. All: collect info on new release and technology preview for dissemination on web and posters.
