STA is a technical secondary school” owned by El-sewedy Electric Foundation which is NGO and non-profit organization. STA has 4 branches in 3 governorates inside Egypt. There are two branches in the 10th of Ramadan City (Al-Sharkia Governorate) with a full capacity of 1700 students in 16 vocational study fields which started in 2011. The 3rd branch is at Sadat City, Menoufia Governorate and the 4th branch is at Sokhna City, Suez Governorate. The 4th branch is expected to start in the next academic year 2023-2024 and it will focus on Green Hydrogen production and renewable energy resources.
STA introduces many scholarships for students, especially girls, every year to give them chance to complete their high school education. Also, STA helps those students get their dream technical jobs in the industrial field by contracting with one of El-sewedy Electric Group factories or other factories working inside Egypt.
