The six families of quantum sensors identified in the ECFA detector R&D roadmap were looked at at a workshop among a representative number of experts (see list here) at the beginning of April that took place at CERN. The outcome of the workshop is two-fold: minutes of the workshop; and a white paper.
The minutes are finalized and highlight a number of areas that can form the seeds of high-level Work Packages.
The White Paper is based on these minutes and attempts to structure these proto-work packages (WP's) in a single document around which the LOI is foreseen to be built. The White Paper is currently at version 0.2, and will organically grow until mid June through contributions by the conveners and feedback received from the communities concerned. The document linked to here will regularly be updated to reflect this evolution that your feedback is crucial for.
