Registration fee:
The conference fee is 250 USD for early registrations (for participants who register and pay until 15.09.2023 ) and 300 USD for late registrations (after 15.09.2023 ).
The fee includes conference kits, coffee breaks, lunches, poster session, and conference dinner.
NB - Due to sponsorships of some Indian funding agencies and other institutes, the early registration fee of Indian faculty and students/postdocs are subsidised to be 7000 INR and 5000 INR, respectively. Late registration fees of Indian faculty and students/ postdocs after 15.09.2023 are 9000 INR and 7000 INR, respectively.
Payment of Registration Fee:
The payment can be made to the following conference account through bank transfer.
- Please mention your registration number in the remarks during payment. Postpayment, please send the transaction number through email (hfmeet2023@iitgoa.ac.in ).
- In case of international bank transfers, please share with us your ORN (Outward Remittance Number) number after the transaction through email (hfmeet2023@iitgoa.ac.in ).
