Release 4.8.8-1/2

• All changes on main, including new encryption logic developed by Vova
• Release 4.8.8-2 needed just for fixing XrootD-5 release
• Stress tests took to long (22 hours, instead of the usual 9.5 hours), need to be rerun with old test version

EOS-5

Moving all our deployment and dev work to EOS-5 is needed. Usage of EOS-4 should be avoided across our entire dev and deployment stack.

EOS-5

Deployment to Prod

• Deployment in progress.
• Jaroslav is working on puppet configuration, which will then be tested in pps. Knows how to do it in EOS, but needs to learn how to do with CTA.
• One CTA instance will be migrated per week.

Buildtree replacement

• Jorge is progressing on this work.
• Hopes to have a merge request next week, before which the team members will be invited to test the new dev environment.
• Jorge will update the documentation on how to do this.
• This is an important blocker for EOS work, that needs to be unblocked.

CI for HTTP

• It's completed and merged by JulienAll the information on webdav wiki page.

PostgreSQL scheduler DB

• Jaroslav will prepare a runner that runs with the postgres setup only
