Workshop fees
Full rate: 177 euros
They cover the cost of lunches, coffee breaks and the dinner scheduled on the November 9th.
Accommodation is not covered: check our suggestions for hotels in the dedicated area.
Procedure to pay the fees (READ THIS CAREFULLY)
The only payment method is through the secure server of the Azur Colloque CNRS website, where payment by credit card is strongly recommended.
We will not be able to accept onsite payments.
After your registration on Indico (first mandatory step)
You will have to go on the Azur Colloque website.
Your in-person registration will only be complete after the payment of the fees on the Azur Colloque website. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail at the end of the process.
The payment of the fees on the Azur Colloque website must be done before the registration deadline. Payments after the deadline will be rejected for technical reasons.
Three steps to explain the registration and payment process on the Azur Colloque website (in addition to the initial Indico registration):
- Pre-register on Azur Colloque : https://dr04.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/282/preinscription
- Your pre-registration will be validated by the organizers to allow the payment of the fees. You will receive e-mails during the process, which may take up to a few working days.
- Once your pre-registration has been validated, you will receive another e-mail inviting you to pay the fee : https://dr04.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/282/preinscription/validation
Please note that:
- If you are affiliated to a CNRS Lab, it is mandatory to select "bank transfer" when you pay the fees. You will receive by e-mail a document with the information for the order form (“bon de commande”) that your administration will have to provide to the CNRS (DR4) to validate your payment.
- If you are not affiliated to a CNRS Lab, we strongly recommend the payment to be made by credit card as bank transfers are very slow and could arrive after the deadline. In that case, the registration would have to be rejected.
- As the online system is rather strict, you need to use the exact same wording at steps 1 and 3: last name, first name and e-mail address should be identical. Including the use of lowercase and uppercase… Otherwise, the payment would be impossible as your details would not match the contents of the Azur Colloque database.
- Make sure you complete your payment at the first attempt and follow carefully all the steps. If you close the window before the end, or hit the backward button on your browser, a problem may occur.
- If you encounter one such “technical” problem with the payment process and cannot terminate the transaction using your credit card, send an e-mail to the organizers. We will help you to fix the issue.
