You can visit the exhibitions at CERN Science Gateway from Tue - Sun, 9-17:00. Visits are free of charge, but you need to get an online pass when you arrive. We recommend about 2h to explore the 3 exhibition spaces.

6 Evaluation of Mobillab (M. Maurer, M. Longhitano. C. Schneider and J. Arnold)

We report on an ongoing accompanying study aiming to further develop MobiLab based on empirical evidence. The study takes into account the students´ experiences as well as those of pre- and in-service teachers and of experts in science education. Special emphasis is placed on the pre-service teachers’ conceptual learning processes as well as on their motivational and emotional experiences when working with the MobiLab materials. We expect the results to provide valuable insights for the development and design of school experiments and for their appropriate integration into teacher training programmes.

The idea of these breakout rooms is to first vote on 4-5 topics, and then have thematic corners to exchange about these topics while having a coffee. There will be one person per topic taking notes in a padlet who will present the conclusion of the discussions at the end.
