To register for the course you must obtain an Indico account and arrange payment or request a waiver (in case your institution and funding agency do not provide support).
The method of payment depends whether you are affiliated to a CERN experiment, department or project that can make an internal payment.
CERN participants:
Please provide the department training code or specific budget code / team account or rebilling code. Do NOT pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Non-CERN participants
Payment by bank transfer is possible, but not yet by Credit card (coming soon.) The automated payment method on site are for non-CERN participants only -- it is a choice to do it either by bank transfer or credit card.
After you pay, we can provide a payment receipt. In most cases this should be enough to enable you to be reimbursed (you should check with your institution to be certain).
If your institution requires an invoice to be made, you must request it now during your registration and do NOT pay until you have received the invoice. We will send the invoice to the person at your institution, using the address you specify below.
Payments by credit card are NOT currently possible. They will be provided in the near future.
NOTE: You MUST provide in the 'information' field of your bank transfer the following:
- Budget code 34928, and
- Conference Name: "Geant4 Advanced Course 2023"
to enable us to attribute it to our course.
The confirmation of your registration will be provided once your payment has been received.
