IR-ECO-APC (Arts and Public Events Programming)

• Update on the next edition of Sparks! Email sent by Lilla to Sparks! team last week- we will not have team meetings
  • Theme: Future Quantum
  • Launch date: 16 November 2023, Science Gateway (a short max. 2-hour event)
  • Talks and Forum: 7 and 8 March 2024, Science Gateway and IdeaSquare (similar format to last year)

• Public events committee - working on Terms of Reference, and next meeting on 16 September. Will look at spontaneous proposals that have been received, for events in SGW and the Globe.
