The registration fees include :
- the coffee breaks,
- the official dinner on Tuesday 17/10,
- a welcome drink with the opening of the posters on Monday 16/10 (tbc)
For normal participants the registration fees are 110 CHF. For acompanying persons joining the meeting dinner the fees are 70CHF. The fees should be paid to validate the regisration before the start of the meeting.

Credit card
Participants will be charged with card fees upon payment (2.5% with Visa and MasterCard). These costs will be added to the registration fees.
Please choose "Credit Card" when you fill your registration form.
Please include ESSnuSBp23 and/or 61977 and your name as reference in the payment.
Invoice (only for bank transfer) can be requested to the ogranizers before the payment
Please note that NO CASH payment will be accepted on-site.
No reimbursement of registration fees after the closure of the registraitons.
Cancellation of participation
Full reimbursement of the registration fees if before the above mentioned deadline, with the bank fees are at the cost of the beneficiary.
