1. Abstract reviewing.

• Accepted Oral Presentations
• Accepted Poster Presentations
• Accepted oral abstracts at score ≥3 & <3.5 that will be presented in the form of a poster presentation

Total Contributed Poster & Oral Presentations: 154

• Contributed Poster Presentation: 48
• Contributed Oral Presentation: 106

Contributed Oral Presentation:

• Set the threshold for acceptance at the average score at 3.5 
  • That would be 39 contributed oral presentations
• There are 35 oral abstracts at score ≥3 & <3.5; These abstracts could be suggested as posters.

Contributed Poster Presentation:

• Set the threshold for acceptance the average score of 2; there are 38 abstracts, If we add the 35 oral abstracts (score ≥3 & <3.5) → posters
  • That would be a total of 73 posters

1. Notification of Acceptance or Rejection

All presenting authors of submitted abstracts received a status of acceptance or rejection yesterday.

1. Update from the LOC 

• LOC needs to know the number of participants 
• Accepted authors need to book their rooms before the 25th of August
