Attendees : Marcelina Borcz, Emidio Giorgio, Kathryn Cassidy, Piotr Bala, Pina Salente, Diana Cresti Apologize : Mathilde Romberg, Nadine Lamla TNA2.2 EMI booth at EMI-TC : it is decided to place 5 poster into the booth - the 'four' on technical areas, and one combining EMI 1 release and EMI general info. Diana suggests to check whether the technical area posters need some revision. Emidio asks Pina to provide a list of questions (three/four) to be included in the conference kit distributed to participants. Question should be general, trying to figure out participants awareness of EMI project and its scope, plus suggested topics for 'EMI meet the experts'. Pina asks if the question would be the same for 'key persons' to be interviewed. Emidio proposes to have different questions for them, but suggests to identify first people to interview, and then prepare questions according to their role. Pina asks for some help on individuating interviewing people, Diana volunteers to that. Emidio proposes to ask GridTalk technical support for interviews; Pina suggests to check in advance availability of people to be interviewed. Pina reports that according to the rules of her institute, she has difficulty on buying the gadget to be used to encourage participants on answering questions. Pina asks further information about the funding to be used for Lund AHM. Emidio answers that he already asked clarifications to PO, but since he had no answer he will reiterate the request. TNA2.3 Emidio asks Kathryn to provide results of SA2 training. Detailed reporting will be discussed in the next conference. Discussions about user and resource admin tutorials at EMI TC is postponed due to absence of all involved tutors. Kathryn reports about telco held about organisation of a DCI Summer schools: Suggested date is 11-17th July. EMI should confirm its willing to participate, provide 2/3 persons for organizing committee and should help in advertising in order to reach an adequate number of students (minimum is 20). Kathryn observes that EMI might have some difficulty in advertising since its main customers are already involved in organisation and will advertise school on their own. Emidio communicates that PEB has asked for a review of documentation provided by PTs, and asks for Marcelina's help, which says she's available for this. TNA2.4 Diana reports on status of contacts with we-nmr and Mantychore : a first Mou draft is being finalized with we-nmr; with Mantychore, a technical support needs to be individuated in order to evaluate feasibility of Mantychore use cases. TNA2.5 Discussions about DNA2.4.2; Piotr says that a specific phone conference would be needed, to tackle this issue. He indicates himself to represent UNICORE, suggests that Oxana would probably represent ARC, but it is not clear who is going to represent gLite. Also, it needs to be identified clearly who is going to work on sustainability issues. Piotr proposes to put this in agenda for discussion, together with the items present DNA2.4.1 TOC circulating last week and a brainstorming session.
