CERN Hotel reservation
We recommend booking a room at CERN Hotel which is located within the CERN Meyrin site, close to the conference room (Building 160) and Restaurant 1 (R1).
A number of single rooms with private bathroom at 58 CHF per night has been reserved for on-site participants. If you are interested in booking a room at the CERN Hotel, the deadline to fill and submit the form is now expired but you can still ask for a room upon the hotel's availabilities.
To reserve a room, please:
- Download the booking form;
- Fill in your personal information;
- Provide your credit card number by phone (+41 22 767 4481) to the Hotel, and;
- Send the form to housing.service@cern.ch.
When getting at the Hotel, you should go to the reception located in Building 39 (see in the picture). You will be allocated in one of the three Hotel buildings: 38, 39 or 41.
