I am a spanish researcher from the HEP group at CIEMAT (Madrid,Spain) working in the CMS collaboration since 2011, participating in the muon detector and reconstruction studies. I am also involved in data analysis searching for new fundamental particles in Nature.

I am a experimental particle physicists, born in Miami (USA) and of Costa Rican heritage. I work with operating and upgrading the Cathode Strip Chamber muon detectors, as well as developing new tools to identify the heaviest, known fundamental particles in search for new particles. I enjoy cooking and gardening, as well as using art to communicate science
