1. Technical workpackages

Addiditional "Agile smart accelerator simulation" and structure presentation by Adrian.

Action : align contents with other WPs + define leader/co-leader [Adrian]

Trust and safety to be included into guidelines wp [perhaps pragmatic guidelines for RI decision makers how to maximally profit from the outcomes of this project (e.g. training of operators, etc)]

 

4. Transverse workpackages

Merge the industry WP and communication WP into a "communication and innovation" WP to be discussed with Jonas, Christine and Emmanuel.

Importance of Ethical questions (Jade will send a document on how to complete the ethical self-assessment)

2. WP writing draft

Draft prepared for WP leaders/co-leaders presented by Jade. Approximately 2.5 pages for the description part. 

Deadline : end of octobre

 

6. Next meetings

Meeting with EU representative 16 october. We need to prepare this meeting and the questions that go with it [Action Sabrina].

Two meetings are to be organized by mid-October. The first meeting is on technical workpackages. The second meeting will be on transverse workpackages. The two meetings will ensure that there is global coherence in the description of the workpackages without going too much in depth of the document merging process.

 

ACTIONS:

• - every WP leader team: prepare Tasks, Milestones, Deliverables  --> [all]

• - everyone: prepare questions to ask to the European Commission representative (e.g. glossary) --> [all]

• - prepare a global EU glossary --> [Jade/Emmanuel]

• - New simulation WP, align contents & define leaders --> [Adrian] 

• - Merge industry + communication&innovation WPs --> [Jonas, Christine and Emmanuel]

• - Send document for ethical self-assessment --> [Jade]

• - Prepare a new collaborative space with co-writing capability (individual credentials) --> [Adnan]
