1. Quick round table

Emmanuel Detsis and Jonas L'Haridon, European Science Foundation. The ESF specialises in EC project and RI projects, offering management/communication/access/evaluation services.

2. Previous action items

[AO] --> reflect on the forgotten/not yet included task of the simulation/data working group
--> Discuss in a separate meeting

[CD] --> check with Casten Welsh, Johanna Lewis, Tom Shea, Gianluca Valentino, Evgenii and Ed Mitchell for their possible participation as leaders/deputies of WP.

3. Structure updates/discussions

[GSI] structure makes sense ; imbalance between workpackages
WP2 would increase

[CNRS] WP methods and tools needs to have a more specific name
WP : autonomous --> agile smart pilot accelerator (ASAP reminding of "as soon as possible")
pilot vs demonstrator vs prototype ? Christine will check with previously successful grant holders
Deliverables : too many of them. We need to simplify
WP pilot - Confirm the partners and the names - 
pilot --> prototype ? we need to be careful with the pilot wording |

[ESF] - Simplify the communication wp and include industrial wp within it
Specific definition for pilot projects in EU commission
