- [X] Ask Carsten Bauer to join the next JuliaHEP Planning meeting (https://indico.cern.ch/event/1327348/)
 Carsten confirmed that he will join next week on October 4th
- [ ] Create an Agenda for the workshop
- [ ] Announce the extended abstract submission deadline
- [ ] We stick to the current schedule (November 6th to 9th)
- We have currently 17 confirmed contributions and a total condensed time of 5:20 hours
- Three invited speakers (Stefan, Carsten, Chris) will contribute at least 3x30min = 1:30 hours of talks
- Carsten Bauer may give 1-2 hours of HPC tutorial, maybe even more?
- Jerry Ling with an end-user tutorial, 1+ hour
- Chris Rackauckas confirmed that he can come but no details yet
