STFC & self-funded students
STFC and self-funded students can claim the cost of travel and any additional meals required that are not already provided by the school.
Students will be required to keep all receipts for purchases that they wish to claim back from STFC and these receipts must be dated and itemised.

Other students
Students that don't belong to the above category can get travel reimbursed by SEPnet through the University of Southampton, subject to funding. Students not from the University of Southampton who wish to be reimbursed can fill out the form found here, as well as the bank information form found here and forward it to us, along with all relevant tickets/receipts.
