    The miting started with a review of the status of the production. For this part the presentation of Antonio is a good and detailed summary.

    Those minutes details some notes and actions:

    • The GBLD will be characterised based on the stricter fluence missing better estimations
    • The MUX procurement will be led by BI
      • A decision on the topology of the BPM is needed to define how many and which type of MUX to buy
        • For the BPM it was cleared out the fact that the MUX will not work independently of the pairing ot the wavelenght
        • The use of a 2 way mux is not an option given the previous point
      • BLM might not need MUX if
        • The BPM system will not need an additional fiber for clock transmission
        • The BLM and BPM can accept having only one spare fibre
      • Manoel was asked to provide a block diagram of the current readout scheme <- Action Manoel
    • Andrea was asked to provide and updated timeline for the project <- Action Andrea <- Slides in the material of this meeting
    • Number of VTTx and VTRx for the BGI project already provided
      • The production will be paid resperctively on BPM and BLM codes
      • The accounting will be cleaned up on the BI side via TDI
    • An updated spending for the year 2024 and 2025  is needed in the coming couple of months <- Action Antonio/Jan
