The cost of the School will be about USD 1200 per student, and will cover tuition, board and lodging from dinner on Wednesday 12 June to breakfast on Tuesday 25 June, as well as coffee, tea or cold drinks during the morning and afternoon breaks and excursions and social activities.
The fee does not include travel expenses from participants' home institutes to Thailand and back, visa fees (where required), or the cost of insurance covering illness and accidents that is required for all participants.
Wherever possible participants are expected to obtain funding for the fee as well as their travel from their home countries. However, some sponsorship will be available for a limited number of students from countries with developing programmes in particle physics. Eligible students are therefore encouraged to apply even if they do not expect to obtain funding from their home institute to attend the School.
Details concerning the method of payment of the fees will be sent together with the acceptance letters. At the same time, funded students will be informed of the procedures to be followed for making travel arrangements and applying for visas (where required).

Note that we have transaction details of all payments (successful or failed), so there's no need to worry if you forget to save the page.
- If you experience an issue with payments from your credit card, one possible solution is to try, when filling out the information, to choose the country of your bank, then select "Others," and enter the bank name manually (avoid using the drop-down list, even if your bank is listed there).
