A bus is organized to drive all participants to the event place and back to CERN at the end of the day. Here is the bus timetable:
- Departure at 07:00 from the car park Globe SG (behind the Globe of Sciences) to pick up people arriving by tram
- Departure from bldg 866 around 07:30 - 07:35
- Arrival at the Everness hotel - estimation: 08:30
The way back will be as follow:
- Departure from the Everness hotel around 18:45 after the Xmas drink
- Arrival at CERN bldg 866 - estimation 19:45
- Drop off at the Globe of Sciences of people using the tram
All participants MUST fill in an EDH travel request, using the 64107 budget code. Thank you
