Fees
The conference fee includes coffee breaks, access to the scientific program, conference materials, a visit to the old university campus and the Biblioteca Joanina (Joanine Library), and the conference dinner on Thursday 25th July.
The conference fee depends upon whether you are a member of the Portuguese or Spanish Relativity and Gravitation Society (SEGRE or SPRG):
Early bird registration fee for SEGRE or SPRG members: 220 Euros (before April 30)
Early bird registration fee for non-members: 270 Euros (before April 30)
Regular registration fee for SEGRE or SPRG members: 250 Euros (May 1-June 15) The deadline has been extended to June 22, 2024
Regular registration fee for non-members: 300 Euros (May 1-June 15) The deadline has been extended to June 22, 2024
Conference dinner for the accompanying person: 40 Euros
Visit of the old university campus for the accompanying person: 10 Euros
Please, state the name of the participant clearly on the payment.
Please, send a copy of the bank transfer statement to addf@uc.pt with the subject line "EREP 2024 - name of participant", so that the payment of each participant can be more easily identified.

Registration fees are based on the date of the payment receipt, not the date of the registration form.
If you are not a member of SEGRE or SPRG societies, you can still enjoy the member fee by sending the organizers (erep2024@uc.pt) a statement from the SEGRE or SPRG secretary confirming that you have been accepted into the society. Grants
The SEGRE or SPRG societies have a limited number of grants to support the participation of Ph.D. students. Applications for financial support should be made by email (erep2024@uc.pt) and include a brief CV and a motivation letter (maximum 1 page for each document, preferably pdf). The deadline for grant applications is April 30, 2024. Preference for financial support will be given to applicants who submit a contribution to the conference.
