Present: Marie-Chantal, Farida, Fairouz, Bjorn, Tjaart, Uli, Ulrich, Paul, Shaaban, Oumar, Diallo, Kétévi.

Bjorn presented the chapter contribution on Earth Physics. The narrative is currently in MS Word; the STC will integrate it into the Overleaf.

Paul and Ulrich transferred the contribution on Instrumentation & Detectors from the interim report into the Overleaf of the final report.

Marie-Chantal presented their chapter on Women in Physics. It is already integrated into the Overleaf but references will be added.

We requested that all the contributions be supported by reference citiations and the refewrences be added at the end of each chapter. This will facilitate the editorial work of the STC later.

Tjaart is making progress on the chapter about biophysics. By the end of this month, the biophysics chapter will be integrated into the Overleaf.

Uli has added a chapter of Physcis Education. He needs input from Bertrand on physics schools in Africa. We will help reach out to Bertrand.

Oumar agreed to contact Claire about the "report from the Observers" which could be just a few paragraphs. If Claire has not started on it, Oumar will help draft the Observers' report.

Diallo mentioned that the chapter of the Early Careers (Young Physicists) is finalized and integrated into the report. There is nothing for them to do at this stage.

The STC should start work on Chapter 4 about the ASFAP. The conclusion chapter would be added later when all the contributions are available. At that time also, we will see clearer where and when to set the symposium.

We will meet again on Jaunary 2024 at 15:00 CAT.
