By Air:
- One of the nearest major airports is Bucharest International Airport, located approximately 280Km from Green Village Resort.
- Constanza "Mihail Kogălniceanu" International Airport is the nearest airport located approximately 106 Km from Green Village Resort.
- Upon arrival, you can avail of taxi services or arrange for a shuttle to the resort.
Resort Shuttle Service:
We highly encourage attendees to take advantage of our convenient shuttle service as it is the easiest way to reach Green Village Resort.

Additionally, please make sure to have the equivalent of 100 Euros in Romanian currency (RON) and 50 Euros in cash with you for the journey. There is not ATM at the conference venue.
Our conference representatives will be at the airport to assist with orientation and boarding. Look for the pelicans picture!

Danube Delta is a UNESCO natural reserve, so access to conference site is very limited and must be well announced in advance. Any last minute arrival or departure might just not be succesfull
To make the most of this convenient service, we encourage attendees to plan their arrival accordingly.
By Car:
- If you're driving, Green Village Resort is easily accessible by road. Use the following GPS coordinates for accurate navigation: 45°02'36.9"N 29°11'29.0"E
- Please be informed that Green Village Resort does not have its own parking lot. However, there is a private parking facility near the resort Star 2000 parking rate: 20 RON/24h/car.
- The resort provides a convenient solution – a boat service that will pick you up directly from the private parking area.
- The boat shuttle operates during daytime hours, and there is no service during the night.
- Danube Delta is a UNESCO natural reserve, so access to conference site is very limited and must be well announced in advance. Any last minute arrival or departure might just not be succesfull
- The journey from the private parking to the resort via boat takes approximately 1 hour.
