The Workshop Fee is 250 CHF (150 CHF for students) if paid before 30 June 2024.
The late Registration Fee after 30 June 2024 is 300 CHF (200 CHF for students).
The registration deadline is 21 September 2024.
The fee includes: coffee breaks on all days of the workshop,
welcome reception, conference dinner and excursion.
The companion fee is 100 CHF. It includes the conference welcome reception,
the conference dinner and the excursion.
There is no reduction for partial attendance.

Online Indico payment (via credit card)
Credit card payments are made via the Indico registration page.
Note the cost of transactions by credit card
(2.5% of the transaction for payments by Visa or Mastercard and 3.7% for American Express).
These costs will be added to the registration fees.
Payment via Bank Transfer
For bank trasfers, please specify in the "Reason for transfer" field:
- Your full Name and Surname.
- The following reference code: 34988 (important to correctly identify each transfer)
- (Optional) The name of the workshop and your Indico online registration reference number.

These costs will be added to the registration fees.
Payments should normally be made immediately after online registration.
If you have registered but not yet paid, please do so asap.
Please note that onsite payments are not possible.
On-site payments (in local or foreign currency) are not planned due to lack of technical means. They may be arranged exceptionally in case of proven insurmountable problems with bank transfers and credit card payments. If you have any problems with the recommended payment methods, please contact the organizers.
