      Refer to slides, presented status, schedule and critical items, EU project for HTS underway. 

      Interim report on its way 

      Describe final goals for 2025 such that reviews can evaluate status

      International Advisory Committee (IAC)
      • Their first task is to review the interim report
      • Proposal of members - with mandate
      • Guidelines: small number of fixed members, one or two SB members ex-officio, a number of specialists chosen review by review

      Ask members with r for IAC, with e as experts, one-two more from the US phys&det, UK acc name to be agreed 

      Improve charge (what is general and what is specific not clear, use different wording) - comments by SG by end week 

       

      Note for self: S Krishnagopal from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre an accelerator person may be a good choice from India. He is on ICFA and will be useful in future.

      • Including key issues considered important/priorities for ramping up the US effort related to muon collider studies and participation and integration in the IMCC

      Detailed slides, key point US CERN agreement - add protocol, university engagement to be encouraged, SG reporting to US requires changes in the SG - how and when, demonstrator plannning important for IMCC including US
