      • Substrate nominal resistivity is 3 kohm.cm, "real" resistivity could be as high as 3.58 kohm.cm
      • Maximum depletion depth should be around 270 um
      • Suggestion to understand if the depletion region touches the backside (before we have the PCBs for TCT evaluation): try to do an IV under red or green light illumination from the back to see if the depletion is arriving to the backside (from M. Moll)
