- We ask all students to please now complete a full registration form.
- You must complete the full registration form even if you already pre-registerred.
- If you do not submit the full registration it will not be possible to join the School.
If you missed the pre-registration, you can still submit a full registration to attend the Summer school.
Lecturers and Careers Fair exhibitors do not need to register.
Registration Fee:
For STFC-funded or fully self-funded (no scholarship or other funding) students:
- There is no registration fee (the costs are covered by STFC);
- Accomodation and all meals are covered, with the exception of lunch and dinner on the free day.
- Please note travel to/from the School is not covered.
For non-STFC funded students:
- The fee will be £1, 098
- We will be in touch with you after you submit the full registration form to arrange an invoice for the fee;
- The registration fee covers room hires, accomodation, and food (coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch and dinners with the exception of lunch and dinner on the free day).
- Your registration will not be completed until the payment is received.
- Please note travel to/from the venue is not included.
Booking Travel:
As mentioned on the accomodation page, the organisers will book the accomodation for all students directly once their full registration has been submitted.
All students must plan their own travel to/from the School, and travel costs are not included in the regsitration fee.
We request lecturers to speak with the organisers about their travel and accomodation.
We kindly request careers exhibitors to book and arrange their own travel.
