Francois presented the YETS follow-up. Crane works are progressing according to planning, and it should be back in normal operation mode on 1st of March. New dates confirmed for the cryo plant stop (9th March - 24th March). ALPHA barrack works to resume when the crane is back in operation.
AD access system tests will require to stop access on 19th March AM (after 9:30). Access will be needed for VSC before that.
BCCCA maintenance is complete, cooling is planned for the 20th. The presence of the VSC bake-out crates prevents to bring the dewars using the usual path. Alternative path to be checked through second door.
New dates agreed for the stochastic cooling pick-up service (27th-29th Feb).
New date for the re-installation of the covers of refurbished magnets: will be 23th feb.
Sven was not able to give his talk on target readiness, but he confirmed off-line that all is OK.
Laurette reported on the AD IST and restart schedule. In the process of AD recommissioning, we will need to check that the newly installed electrical cells work correctly with power convertors. A dedicated meeting is set-up between EL and EPC for that.
Impact to access the AD ring will be required as of 22nd Feb.
