  • TRVL procedure : issue raised for rental car (additional expense requested to the traveller while already paid by Egencia)  + Accommodation out of policy can now be accepted (provided agreed by Travel Manager and Department Head or GL in ATS-DO's case). What kind of justification is needed? Email to be sent to B. Loublier (> Alexia). In addtion, further to the STAFF association meeting (indico link and slides attached), specific cases where travellers were not reimbursed 100% of the cost should be forwarded to them for study.
  • CHILD request for S2PO > FCC to be confirmed (> Jeanette, Julie), CAS = Not needed
  • Space Issues: I. Crespo Garrido joins ATS-DO (HL EVM team) as of 01.03.2024 (30/6-043). The space situation will have to be reviewed to take into account new arrivals in FCC in the next coming months (>Alexia)
  • ATS Websites: H. Martinet is back (teleworking 100% as from Monday 19.02 and for 2 weeks).
  • S2PO training on Wednesday 26.06.2023 (budget and location to be confirmed).
