TRVL procedure : email sent to B. Loublier. He confirmed that there is an issue with rental car, investigation on-going, travellers concerned will be reimbursed. Accommodation out of policy accepted if agreed by Travel Manager (+Department Head or GL in ATS-DO's case) without further justification. Some points still need to be clarified (> Alessia)
CHILD requests: NO request for S2PO as it seems complicated to follow-up and not needed.
Space Issues: space situation to be reviewed to take into account new arrivals in FCC in the next coming months + stockage options (CAS, FCC, HL) (>Alexia)
ATS Websites: H. Martinet is back. ATS sector website online. S2PO members requested to have a deeper look and make feedback (>All)
MERIT forms to be signed by ATS-DO GL by 11.03 (>Cécile, Delphine, Jeanette, Julie, Valérie)
CDS: a major update will occur in 2024 (or early 2025). CDS team will probably contact us before June. ATS publication status to be checked in due time (> Cécile/Alexia)
