Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is a stunningly intact walled city on the Adriatic Sea cost, at the extreme south of Croatia. Although its population barely exceeds 40000, it is one of the most prominant tourist resorts of the Mediterranean and listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site since 1979.
Workshop Venue
The workshop will take place at the Inter University Center Dubrovnik (IUC), which is located in the vicinity of the Dubrovnik historical center, at the address Ul don Frana Bulica 4, 20000 Dubrovnik.
Travel information
As Dubrovnik is the southernmost city inf Croatia, the most practical way to reach it is to do so by air, especially as there is a very good frequency of flights during the summer months.
Getting from Dubrovnik airport to the Conference Venue
Dubrovnik airport is localed about 20 km from the city center. There is a regular airport shuttle bus service connecting the airport to the city. It will go to the bus terminal, but will first stop at the Ploce gate in front of the old town. From there it takes 10-15 minutes walk to get to the IUC.
