The EN CV quality approach consists of defining the different stages of CV projects and clarifying the roles & interfaces between CV sections and EN groups. The goal of the CV quality system is to comprehensively describe the project workflow, deliverables review/acceptance process, and project milestones.

The CV Group has implemented a strategically sound project delivery workflow as a method of coordination and control. Thus, the aim of the presentation is to communicate around this new model in order to express the advantages of this approach and collect all the lessons learned from other EN projects to continue improvement.
