The 2024 ALICE Muon Week, will be held at the Best Western Hotel "Nuit de Retz", near Nantes (France) from July 1 to July 5, 2024.
The meeting venue (https://www.auberge-pays-retz.fr) is located 20 minutes by car from the Nantes railway station (a shuttle service will be set up).
The payment of the conference fees and the full board accommodation for the whole duration of the meeting will be managed by the Naboo platform; after registration, each participant will receive a link with the instructions to pay with credit card the total amount of 880 euros, which includes full board accommodation for a 4-night stay (from July 1st to July 5th), conference services, social dinner and excursion at Château du Coing. Accommodation for an extra night on June 30th is possible, and for this purpose we have blocked a number of rooms. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to use this option.
The deadline for the registration is May 1st, 2024. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms and rate.
