Description
The beam dynamics in the FCC-ee Damping ring can be affected by the vacuum chamber
wakefields (impedances) resulting in potentially harmful effects and beam instabilities.
In order to diminish their impact, measures for the impedance reduction should be
considered already at the design stage. In this talk we discuss possible design
solutions of the key vacuum chamber components and hardware aimed at the impedance
minimization, both broad-band and narrow band.
