1. Students
   • We received a clear statement that Moroccan students will be covered by the universities or thru the Ministry; that we can contact the ICTP and these students to inform them. Those that opted for online participation will stay online.
   • Visa letters have been given to all the students that we know need visa.
   • There are cases where some students are experiencing problems applying for the visa. On case-by-case basis, we try to help.
2. Teachers
   • With a revised program that considers the interest from the Ministry for teachers growth, the Ministry is making a call for teachers application to participate in the program. Then, there will be a selection. By the end of May, we will know the number and the list of participating teachers. The Ministry will cover them.
   • The teachers will participate on July 8-12, arriving on July 7 and departing on July 13. They will not participate in the ASP dinner on July 13 after the Forum.
   • The LOC will identify lecturers from Morocco to cover the physics topics requested by the Ministry. The process of identifying these lecturers should go in parallel. The earlier we know these lecturers the better: we can then organize a discussion to revierw the program agenda, and any logistics that they may need. We request that the LOC communicate to us who the Moroccan lecturers are so that we can get a discussion going asap to finalize the teachers program.
3. Forum
   • We ask that the LOC looks at the Forum agenda and tells us if we should add any high-profile persons to give an address. This is important so that we have an accurate timetable that will not be deraled.
   • For the panel discussion in the morning, we expect to add representatives of the Ministry and Council.
   • LOC should confirm that these folks have been invited and intend to be present.
4. ASP Dinner 
   
   • The LOC should appoint someone within its ranks to work on this—identify a venue and cost.
   • The person should consider 2 venues, check for availability and price. The earlier the better.
   • We expect 220 persons, without the teachers. 
5. Leaners
   • LOC should investigate a version of learners program for July.
   • Equipment sent from BNL needs to be used to avoid negative impact for future ASP learners program.
   • Perhaps advertizing to learners within Marrakesh.
   • It does not have to be the full week.
6. Logistics
   • T-shirts and bags. We request that the LOC identifies someone among its rank to look into making t-shirts and bags with logos of ASP and sponsors. 
   • These will be distributed to participants, in addition to the t-shirts from the ICTP.
7. AOB
   • Our next meeting will be on May 14 at 15:00 CET.
   • from that point, the meeting will be weekly.
