We offer two options for your accommodation during the event:
Accommodation at CERN Premises
We have already attributed all the rooms. If you want to book a room by yourself in the CERN hostel, please fill in the request on this website.
IMPORTANT: If we book a room for you and you cannot come for some reason, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be charged the price of the room otherwise.

Should you choose this option, we will assigno one of the pre-booked rooms to you. You pay at the hostel upon your arrival.

Accommodation Outside CERN Premises
Alternatively, you may prefer to stay outside the CERN premises, for instance, directly in Geneva. This option requires self-organization. For your convenience, we have provided some suggested accommodations below:
