Once you arrive at DESY, you must pass by the guards at the entrance to pick up your badge, please make sure you arrive on time to do this. The meeting will take place in the Auditorium of building 5, see map here.
The event will start at 19h, but please come in advance to network!
Please note that DESY should ideally be reached by public transport or bicycle, but some parking is available in front of the auditorium, or behind the Bistro.
