At the moment, individuals holding ordinary passports from France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Hungary, and Malaysia do not need visa for a stay within 15 days for business, tourism, visiting relatives.
In case you need a visa, please send the following information to Luiping Yang (yangluping@pku.edu.cn) with Liupan An (liupan.an@cern.ch) in copy as soon as possible:
1) Name (exactly as in the passport)
2) Gender
3) Passport number
4) Nationality
5) Date of birth
6) Home institute & job title
7) Which embassy to submit visa application, and
8) Planned arrival and departure dates for the visit
