CERN Hostel (pre-booked by CERN, to be confirmed and paid by guests)
A block pre-booking at the CERN Hostel is made for 10 single rooms with private shower. The price per room and per night is CHF 58.00. If you would like to get a room, please fill in the booking form attached here (the document will be downloaded). We kindly ask you to return this filled-in document to housing.service@cern.ch as soon as possible but not later than Tuesday 1 October 2024.
Booking requests will be treated according to the availability of the block booking. If all the pre-booked rooms have been used, booking requests will be treated according to the hotel availability.
Payments have to be made directly with the CERN Hostel by guests. You are requested to read carefully the CERN Hostel Terms and Conditions of Reservation (especially conditions of eligibility, guarantee, and cancellation conditions). Do not forget to inform the CERN hostel should you cancel your participation to this event. Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.
Reduction of length of stay is accepted free of charge until 12:00 (CET) on the day of departure.
In case of no-show the first night of the reservation is charged at 100% to the supplied means of financial guaranty. The rest of the stay is automatically cancelled by 12:00.

Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check-out time is at 12.00 am.
