Collection of several topics related to CERN Scheduling systems and their history (input from Steven Murray).
The purpose of this meeting is to prepare a knowledge history baseline for the CHEP conference especially since we are changing a system which is being praised very much in the last paper we published. In addition this is to complete the picture of today's CTA scheduling and its backend together.
