VISA Information
To visit China, most non-Chinese citizens need a visa in addition to a valid passport. For more detailed visa information, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China: http://cs.mfa.gov.cn/wgrlh/lhqz/lhqzjjs/
Until December 31, 2025, travelers holding ordinary passports from the following 12 countries — France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg — are exempt from needing a visa to enter China for stays of up to 15 days for business, tourism, family visits, or transit.
An invitation letter for a visa application for participating in the conference will be provided upon request by email to: Ms. Liting Chen (liting.chen@scnu.edu.cn) or Prof. Shuai Yang (syang@m.scnu.edu.cn).
