You can find a number of hotels and private accommodation in Schleching itself and its surroundings.

Since Schleching and surroundings are a favored holiday region, you are strongly recommended to arrange your accommodation well in advance.
A few pre-bookings have been made through us as stated below.
Please note these are options only and you will be invoiced for your stay directly.
In particular, a number of 25 rooms at a reduced rate have been reserved in "Landgasthof zur Post" in Schleching, just about 200 m (3 minutes walk) from the meeting site, until January 15, 2025.

All offered rooms are twin/double rooms.
The price is at 94.00 EUR per person/night, incl. breakfast, for single use of the room. If you share room with someone, the price is 104.00 EUR per night for the room, incl. breakfast.
Early arrival or late check-out possible at additional cost of 19.00 EUR.
Additionally a total of 12 rooms have been pre-booked at "Alpenhotel Dahoam" until January 31, 2025.
This house is 2 km away from the venue and is a nice wake-up walk in the morning of approx. 20 minutes.
The prices at the "Alpenhotel Dahoam" are 110.00 EUR for a single room per night, incl. breakfast and 130.00 EUR for a double room per night, incl. breakfast.
In addition, two holiday apartments belonging to the "Alpenhotel Dahoam" have been reserved:
Apartment 1 "Breitenstein" is barrier-free and can house up to 4 guests.
Apartment 3 "Kampenwand" is a little smaller and for 2 persons only.
Prices are to be requested with the landlord directly.

Another few rooms have been reserved at "Rait'ner Wirt" until January 15, 2025. This house is approx. 4 km away from the venue and might require a car.
The prices there are 98 EUR (113 EUR for a higher category) per night and a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
All rooms are double rooms for single use. If you share room, please check with Mr. Heindl on the correct price.

Furthermore, a holiday apartment has been blocked at "Grafn-Hof" (2 minutes walk from our conference ), which is also available until January 31, 2025, with the code "AK54".
The price will depend on the number of guests sharing the apartment (max. 4, not barrier-free as located upstairs) and has to be clarified with the landlady, Mrs Pletschacher, as well as the booking has to be made directly by phone +49 (0) 8649 471 or via e-mail: urlaub@grafn-hof.de.
Touristic areas like Schleching charge a so-called "Kurtaxe", which is a kind of "sleepover tax" and amounts presently to 1.50 EUR per person per day.
Often Institutes do not reimburse this "Kurtaxe", i.e. if you want to avoid having to pay this yourself, please tell your landlord or hotel that you are here for business "beruflich", then the "Kurtaxe" can be waived.
If you decide to accept to pay the "Kurtaxe" anyway, you will receive the so called "Kurkarte" which allows you to use the busses for free. This might even make sense if you choose an accomodation a little outside Schleching.
Also, the entrance to places of interest, cultural attractions or e.g. publlic baths can be cheaper or even free of charge with the "Kurkarte".
Of course, you won't get this "Kurkarte", if you ask for a business waiver of the "Kurtaxe".
