Meeting Venue
The meeting will take place buildings U3 and U4 of the University of Milano-Bicocca. Google maps link
We have booked room U4-06 (at the ground floor of building U4) for every day but Wednesday, when we will instead meet in room U3-10 (at the ground floor of building U3).
We have also booked room U4-10 (ground floor of building U4) for participants that need a quiet place to work or connect to meetings.
Lunch
On Monday and Friday, starting at 12:30 catered lunch will be served in the gallery below Piazza della Scienza. Enter the Physics department in building U2 (Google maps link), follow the corridor on the left until you find a big staircase to floor -1. There will be a table at the beginning of the underground gallery. Follow signs for SMARTHEP if you can't find us!
On Tue, Wed and Thu we will have lunch at 12:45 at restaurant "SottoSopra" in Piazza della Trivulziana (Google maps link). Everyday, several menu options (including vegetarian) are offered.
Welcome Drink+Food (Aperitivo) on Monday
On Monday evening at 18:30 we will have an aperitivo (drnks and standing food) at Fuorimano OTBP (Google maps link). The place can be reached on foot in 10 minutes from the meeting room.
Social Dinner on Tuesday
On Tuesday evening at 20:00 we have booked a table for dinner at "La dogana del buongusto" Google maps link.
The restaurant can be reached by public transport (from the University take M5 and then M3).
Social event on Wednesday
On Wed afternoon we have booked a guided tour of the famous art museum "Pinacoteca di Brera". The meeting place is at the museum entrance at 3:00 pm.
