Privacy notice
The personal data collected for this Softball Club event is intended:
- to arrange access to the CERN site for participants,
- to enable the organisers to inform participants in case of unforseen circumstances prior or during the event or
- to contact participants after the event if issues arose, including if items have been forgotten.
The contact telephone numbers will be deleted within one week after the event. Remaining data of participants will be deleted no later than 6 weeks after the event.
