Please register for the meeting before you request the visa letter.
Collaborators from France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy can be exempted from visa to enter China and stay for no more than 15 days for business purpose, including cultural and scientific exchange purpose.
If you want to stay for more than 15 days, you will still need the visa.
The deadline for dealing with the visa letter application is September 1, 2025!!!
